Trust Board

The Trust Board functions as a corporate decision-making body.  It has executive and non-executive members who are full and equal members.  Their role as members of the Board of Directors is to consider the key strategic and managerial issues facing the Trust in carrying out its statutory and other functions. 

Trust Board has six main functions for which it is held accountable by the Department of Health Social Services and Public Safety.

Meetings of the Trust Board take place in public and are held at various locations throughout the Trust.  The Board also holds workshops to allow for detailed discussion on a range of strategic matters.
