National Vocational Qualifications Assessment Centre
The Trust operates its own NVQ Assessment Centre, which delivers National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs). These are work-based qualifications which support staff in meeting the standard required in their workplace.
These are particularly useful for those who have few or no academic qualifications, as an NVQ provides a nationally transferable qualification relevant to all employers.
The NVQ Assessment Centre delivers NVQs in:
Health and Social Care Level 2
Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3
Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) Level 3
Health (Clinical Support) Level 2
Health (General Health Care Support) Level 3
Health (Clinical Health Care Skills) Level 3
A1 Assessor Award
V1 Verifier Award
