Trust structure

The Trust Board of directors is responsible for the overall management of the Trust and its strategic direction.  

A Senior Management team made up of the Chief Executive and eight Directors are responsible for operational management of the Trust. 

Each director is responsible for managing a number of departments and services which make up a directorate.
