Procurement

Procurement is the process of the acquisition of goods, services, works and other supplies by the public sector, usually by means of a contractual agreement after public competition.

The procurement of goods and services for the Northern Trust is managed and delivered by the Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), which is accredited as a Centre of Procurement Expertise (COPE).

PaLS in Antrim co-ordinates contracts for goods and services on behalf of the Northern Trust.
