Our performance

Trust performance is measured across a range of areas including a wide range of targets set by the Department of Health Social Services and Public Safety.

The following areas of Trust performance are measured and monitored:

  • Service delivery and the experience of our service users
  • Financial performance
  • Governance performance
  • Levels of activity sought by our Commissioners and performance targets achieved
  • Performance associated with staffing
