Our Performance
Trust performance is measured across a range of areas including a wide range of targets set by the Department of Health Social Services and Public Safety.
The following areas of Trust performance are measured and monitored:
- Service delivery and the experience of our service users
- Financial performance
- Governance performance
- Levels of activity sought by our Commissioners and performance targets achieved
- Performance associated with staffing
The Trust produces a monthly performance report which informs our Board on progress and outcomes in key corporate goals.
