List of Contracts and Service Level Agreements
Causeway Trust purchases a range of services from other providers within the private, voluntary and statutory sector that are not provided directly by our own staff. These services are purchased through formal Service Level Agreements and Contracts with the relevant provider. These formal agreements specify the cost, volume, activity and quality standards to be delivered. Our Contracting processes follow Department guidelines and relevant legislative requirements.
