Mental health contacts

If you or someone you know needs advice on mental health, there are a number of ways to get help.

The Northern Trust offers a range of services to those who are suffering from mental health problems. These services can be accessed through referral by a GP.   If you are in need of any of these services please contact your GP between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday or call the Dalriada Urgent Care Doctor on Call Scheme on 087 0532 9024 at all other times.

The Health Promotion Agency for Northern Ireland website http://www.mindingyourhead.info/ provides advice and information for those who are worried about poor mental health, either their own or that of someone else, as well as those interested in maintaining good mental health.
