The Northern Health & Social Care Trust became operational on 1 April 2007, merging together the legacy Trusts of Causeway Health & Social Services Trust, Homefirst Community Trust & United Hospitals Trust.

A Publication Scheme for the Northern H&SC Trust is currently being developed. In the interim individuals can continue to refer to the Publication Schemes for the legacy Trusts, in order to gain access to information that is routinely available.
