The Whiteabbey Hospital includes a main hospital building and many other smaller buildings such as The New Ward Block, Norah Bain House and Ward 8. Key departments are signed throughout the site and their location can be found on the hospital site map. The hospital has a restaurant called Grapevine which is in a separate building. There is no hospital shop.
Help and support
If you require assistance when arriving at the hospital, for example, a wheelchair, please ask at reception which is situated near the entrance of the main building.
Infection control
Staff, patients and visitors coming into our hospitals all have a part to play in infection control. Please use the hand sanitiser gels which are available throughout the hospital and follow the infection control guidelines to help prevent and control healthcare associated infections.
