Palliative care user involvement forum

The Northern Trust has developed a Palliative Care User Involvement Forum to actively seek your views on the palliative care services provided within the Trust. Your experiences can help improve palliative care services for others and help inform future work.

New members are always welcome to the forum. You can become a member of the forum if you live within the Northern Trust area and are receiving services, are caring for a relative or friend who is ill or if you have been bereaved.  You can also be a member of the group if you have received services in the past.

Meetings of the forum are held approximately four times a year at Antrim Area Hospital.  If you cannot attend the meetings you can also send your views via email.
