Being a new state of the art facility with modern technologies, including a Citizen’s Advice Hub, it is fully DDA complaint with the added benefit of a Changing Places Facility.

What is a Changing Places facility?
Many disabled people cannot use standard accessible toilets as they need more space for mobility and assistance. Changing Places toilets are different to standard accessible toilets as they have extra features and more space. The Changing Places toilet provides a tracking hoist system; height adjustable adult size changing bench and are designed for dependent use, for example with a carer. There is adequate space in the changing area for a disabled person and their carer.

The Changing Places toilet is located on the ground floor and is adjacent to the main bank of toilets opposite the atrium. The main reception area is accessible through both main entrances (from the main car park and the Cushendall Road). There are disabled spaces immediately adjacent to the building in the main car park. A drop off / pick up zone is accessible via the one-way traffic flow system which is adjacent to the main car park.

From Thursday 16 March 2017 you can register to use the Changing Places facility. To register please contact:
