There are many support groups available within the Northern Trust area, to offer advice and support if you are concerned about your mental health.
Aware Defeat Depression is a national voluntary organisation that offers support through depression. Alzheimer’s Society provides support for carers and people with alzheimer’s and dementia.

Relate offers support, advice, relationship counselling, sex therapy, workshops, mediation and support face-face, by phone and through their website. Although they have office in Belfast and Londonderry they have provide appointments in Coleraine two nights a week.
