There are many support groups available within the Northern Trust area, to offer advice and support if you are concerned about your mental health.

Praxis Care Group is a voluntary organisation and a major provider of services for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health problems and acquired brain injury, as well as being theNorthern Ireland Agoraphobia and Anxiety Society offering a telephone service.
