Restaurants and Shops

Our hospital restaurants provide safe, high quality hot and cold cuisine to suit every appetite. In partnership with the Food Standards Agency and Environmental Health N.I. within all the restaurants and coffee bars the voluntary commitment to displaying calorie information is available which will help to tackle obesity and serves as proof of the Trust’s ongoing dedication to the health and wellbeing of its staff and visitors using the services.

Food Allergies and Intolerances – Please speak to our staff about the ingredients in your meal, when making your order in all our Catering facilities.

 

Antrim Area Hospital

Loughview Restaurant

Loughview is our main restaurant and is open every day to patients, service owners visitors and staff.  The restaurant is located on Level C.

Daily service; – Breakfast between 8:00am – 11:30am, Lunch from 12:00pm – 2:00pm, an Afternoon Service from 2:00pm – 3:45pm, High Tea between 4:00pm – 7:15pm and a Night service is provided between 7:15pm – 11:00pm.

Coffee Gallery

The Coffee Gallery is located on Level C.
Opening hours are Monday – Friday, 9:15am – 4:45pm

Ground Floor Coffee Bar

The Ground Floor Coffee Bar is located on Level B, beside the main hospital reception. Opening hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 8.30pm and Saturday – Sunday, 1:30pm – 8:30pm.

Emergency Department Ground Floor Coffee Bar

A Ground Floor Coffee Bar is located in the waiting area of our Emergency Department. Opening hours are Monday – Sunday, 10:30am – 10:30pm

Hospital Shop

Antrim Area Hospital has a shop located on Level A.
Opening hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 9:00pm and Saturday – Sunday, 10:00am – 9:00pm

Braid Valley Community Care Centre, Ballymena

Slemish Restaurant

Slemish Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Braid Valley Care Complex.
Opening hours are Monday – Friday; Breakfast is served between 8:30am – 11.30am, Lunch between 12:00noon – 1.45pm and an afternoon service is available from 1:45pm – 2:45pm.

Saturday/Sunday – Closed

 

Causeway Hospital

Girona Restaurant

The Girona Restaurant is located on the first floor of Causeway Hospital.
The restaurant is open every day.  Breakfast is available from 8:30am – 11am, Lunch from 12noon – 2:00pm, afternoon tea from 2pm – 4.30pm and high tea from 4:30pm – 6pm.

Weekends – no afternoon tea or high tea service.

Café Causeway

Located on the ground floor of Causeway Hospital.
Opening hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm and Saturday and Sunday, 11am – 6pm.

Hospital Shop

The shop is located on the ground floor of Causeway Hospital.
Opening hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 9:00pm, Saturday, 11:00am – 9:00pm and Sunday, 11:00am – 9:00pm.

Holywell Hospital

Lanyon Restaurant

Lanyon Restaurant is located in the main Holywell Hospital building close to the main reception. Opening hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm.

 

Mid Ulster Hospital

Spires Restaurant

Spires is located on the ground floor of the Mid Ulster Hospital.
Opening hours are Monday – Sunday, 8:45am – 11:30am and 2:15pm – 3.30pm.

Whiteabbey Hospital

Grapevine Restaurant is located in a separate building, sign posted at the top of the hospital site.
Opening Hours are Monday – Sunday – All Day Breakfast 8:30am – 1.30pm and Lunch 12:00noon – 1:45pm.

There are no restaurants available to the public at Dalriada Hospital in Ballycastle or Robinson Hospital in Ballymoney.
