Health and Wellbeing Service

The Trust’s Health and Wellbeing Service leads on the public health approach to population wellbeing through prevention and early intervention.

We undertake collaborative initiatives and provide services which help people build resilience and to live longer, healthier and more independent lives. We are committed to helping people make informed choices for their good health and wellbeing, both physical and mental, and to helping people maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Our services focus on population health as well as individual wellbeing and we engage in community development across sectors to build community resources supporting good health and wellbeing.

We work in partnership with others to tackle the wider underlying issues that influence health and wellbeing and lead the Trust’s engagement with partners in Community Planning.
