Rights and Benefits

There are a number of benefits available to you during your pregnancy.

Your midwife or GP will provide you with a MATB1 form at your antenatal appointment after 21 weeks.  This form is used to claim Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) or Maternity Allowance (MA).  For further information, speak to your community midwife or your named family health visitor.
