Coming to hospital

Please bring ALL medicines you are currently taking into hospital on admission or if requested, to your hospital appointments. These include medicines prescribed or purchased from a pharmacy or shop. Remember to include medicines such as creams, sprays, drops, nebules, patches, injections, liquids, suppositories, vitamins and herbal or homeopathic preparations.

If you have any questions contact the ward and ask to speak to the pharmacist.
