Community Rehabilitation

The Community Respiratory and Rehabilitation physiotherapy service work with people in the community. The Rehabilitation physiotherapy team is part of the recovery service.

These teams provide services from 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday – Friday.

The service is provided from different locations in the Trust:

• The patient’s own home
• Nursing and residential homes
• Community hospitals
