Award success for Northern Trust trainers

Cathy McKee, Carol Sloane and Kathy Fleming receive their Training for Trainers Awards from City and Guilds in the presence of their line manger Maureen Browne at the annual ceremony in Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Belfast. Andrea McNaul received her certificate in abstencia.

The award recognised the work of the three vocational Trainers and their manager in training and assessing Social Care Staff across the Trust. The Staff members are based in the Social Services Training Unit in Antrim.

Maureen Browne, Training Manager for the Northern Trust, said: “I am delighted that the work of the Vocational Trainers has been recognised. Their support to staff and their robust assessments are valued and respected throughout the Trust.”
