Mental Health Service User Forum to be held in Cookstown

The purpose of the group is to ensure that you have a voice in the planning and delivery of Mental Health Services in the Northern Trust area.

A meeting will be held in the Hockey Club beside Woodlands Beacon Centre, 48 Molesworth Street, Cookstown BT80 8PA on Monday 17 October at 10.30 am.
