Renal Support Group

The next meeting of the Renal Support Group is on Monday 10 September 2018 from 11:00am – 12:30pm.  All Saints Parish Centre, Ballymena.

The Sunshine Project will teach some Laughter Yoga which will involve gentle stretching and laughing.

Laughing helps to release feel good endorphins, reduce stress and boost your immune system.

No need to book, you are welcome to come along and enjoy the session. For more information please speak to a member of the renal team.
