Feedback on virtual clinics

Over the past few weeks the Trust has had to change the delivery of services to account for the COVID-19 guidelines.  Many of those changes relate to the introduction of telephone or video consultations.

The Trust would like to capture what this experience has been like for service users to help us to deliver our virtual appointments in the future.

If you have attended virtual clinics we would be grateful if you would complete a short survey to provide your feedback.  The survey should only take 5-10 minutes and is anonymous.
