What is the Trust’s Short Breaks service?
This service is for adults with a learning disability, who live at home with their parents/carers.
They come to Hollybank for a break, offering them an opportunity to enjoy activities with staff and peers, while providing carers with a break from their caring role.
What is Supported Living?
With Supported Living, adults with a learning disability live in their own homes, with support from staff. In Magherafelt, we have a Supported Living facility in Manor Downs.
