Billy Graham, Vice Chair

Billy was Chief Operating Officer of Northern Ireland Electricity for eight years and was a member of the NIE Executive Committee for over 10 years. Corporate Governance and Risk Management were a fundamental part of these roles and he undertook a major project of change management during his time with NIE. Billy also currently

holds another public appointment as non-executive Director with the Health and Safety Executive. He is married and lives in Parkgate.

Billy is a member of the Trust Assurance Committee and is Chairman of the Trust Audit Committee. He is also Chairman of the Trust Organ Donation Committee and is the N Ireland Chairman for Organ Donation.
