Jacqui Reid, Director of Human Resources, Organisation Development and Corporate Communications

Jacqui was appointed Director of Human Resources, Organisational Development and Corporate Communications in May 2022. Prior to this Jacqui was Interim Director of Human Resources, OD and Corporate Communications from May 2021.

Joining the Northern Trust in September 2014 Jacqui has over 25 years’ experience in HR across public and private sectors having held a number of senior roles in employment consultancy, health and central government.

Jacqui started her career in public sector where she spent 20 years in a range of roles moving to the private sector in 2008 as a HR Consultant specializing in employee relations, organisational design and development and talent management across a number of European jurisdictions.

Jacqui is a member of the Northern Trust Executive Team and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
