Kevin McMahon, Divisional Director Surgical and Clinical Services

Kevin is Divisional Director Surgical and Clinical Services with responsibility for inpatient and day case surgery, GI and Endoscopy, critical care, anaesthetics, theatres, outpatient departments, specialist dental, cancer services, Radiology, Physiotherapy, Orthoptics, Laboratory Services, Extended Phlebotomy Hubs and booking and administration teams.

Kevin joined the HSC 25 years ago and has worked in Trusts, the Public Health Agency and the Department of Health.  He has experience across both community and hospital services.  He returned to the Northern Trust in 2017 as an Assistant Director within the Medicine and Emergency Medicine division and in September 2021 was appointed to the position of Interim Divisional Director Surgery and Clinical Services.  He was appointed as Divisional Director on 6 October 2022.
