Neil Martin, Divisional Director of Strategic Planning, Performance and ICT

A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, Neil spent several years living and working in France before returning to Northern Ireland in 2003.

He entered the health service through the HSC Management Training Scheme and joined the Northern Trust in 2010 as Project Manager for Acute Service Reform. Neil worked in the acute hospital divisions as Performance and Service Improvement Manager and Assistant Director for Modernisation, Reform and Performance before taking up the post of Interim Divisional Director of Strategic Development and Business Services in October 2019.
