Our Chairman’s Awards

Each year our Chairman’s Awards recognises and rewards Trust teams and staff who work to deliver high quality, effective and innovative services for the benefit of our service users.

Long Service Award

Our Trust values continued service within NHS and HSC, formally recognising long service with a one-off award of 5 extra days leave (pro-rata) for every member of staff in the year they reach 25 years’ service, (subject to the terms).

QI Team of the Month

We value innovation and quality improvement (QI) as a Trust. As recognition of the dedication and hard work of our staff QI team of the month is awarded to teams who demonstrate this.

RQF Awards

Each year the Northern Assessment Centre hosts an annual graduation ceremony to celebrate the achievements of staff from various disciplines across the Trust who have earned their qualifications through the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF).

Northern Stars

In March 2020 we launched our Northern Trust Stars. It is one of the ways our staff can celebrate the great work our people do each every day! Anyone can nominate a star, and it can be an individual, team or service. There have been 100s of stars to date, see our social media to see our constellation of stars.
