Connect North

Connect North is a directory of community based services and supports for both the general public and service providers. This directory of services enables more people to receive support earlier.

If the support needed cannot be found through the Directory, a referral to a Connect North Link Worker might be the next step. Link Workers will discuss individual needs and concerns to help connect people with the right services and initiatives in the local community, aiming to address their social needs and improve their wellbeing.
