How to make a referral
Referral to the CAMHS service can be made by a GP or any other health/social care professional or education professional only. CAMHS do not accept self-referrals.
If you have a query regarding a child already being seen within the services please contact your therapist or local office.
The Children’s Referral Service is for all new CAMHS/CEIS and ASD referrals.
How to make a referral:
Referrals can be submitted via email or post.

Referrals to this service can be submitted via:
- Email- CAMHS.SPOC@northerntrust.hscni.net
- Or post – Children’s Referral Service, 2nd Floor, 12 Dublin Road, Antrim, BT41 4EA
- GPs can now refer via the CCG system.
A referral coordinator is available to discuss potential referrals and advise on alternatives Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm on 028 94 424 693
Referrals are triaged and prioritised according to the regional pathway criteria. See Pathway for children and young people for further details.
Please note we only accept referrals from Professionals and cannot accept self-referrals. If you feel your child needs to be seen please speak to their GP, healthcare provider or school.
