Diabetes Specialist Nursing Services

Diabetes Specialist Nursing Services provide expert advice on condition and self management of diabetes.

The service is available across the Trust both in hospital and community settings from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Referral can be made to this service through a GP or by hospital services.
