Adult Centres provide day care to people with a learning disability who have complex health care needs and / or challenging behavior.
Each adult centre has specially trained day care staff, assisted by a multi- disciplinary team providing a person-centred approach to care planning. This ensures that the specific and complex needs of individuals are met in this environment.
Multi–disciplinary support includes physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, social work, community nursing, dental services and challenging behavior service.
