Mid & East Antrim Agewell Partnership Handyperson Service (MEAAP)
In Partnership with Bryson Energy, MEAAP deliver a handyperson service which supports older people aged 65 + from Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne.
The handyperson service is available for small home repairs at a charge of £10 per hour.

One to one support includes onward referrals to energy efficiency schemes and support organisations, advice on current household energy use, management of current household energy use, management of current heating systems, advice on budgeting for fuel, and if required the temporary installation of energy monitors and thermal imaging of homes to identify areas of heat loss.

Age NI is a leading older peoples charity in Northern Ireland. As well as delivering support services to older people they can also provide products and services specifically designed for older customers to help with home safety and mobility in the home.
