• Difficulty swallowing – feeling the food sticking in your throat or chest
• Regurgitation – food coming back up before reaching the stomach
• Vomiting
• Pain in the throat or in the middle of your chest when swallowing
• Heartburn or indigestion that won’t go away
• A cough
• A hoarse voice
• A dull pain behind the breastbone or in the back
• Weight loss
