Eldercare Medicine
Elder Care Medicine includes the assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and care of those over 65 years of age.
This can be either as inpatient, outpatient, day rehabilitation or community assessment. Inpatient services are provided at Antrim Area Hospital and Causeway Hospital. Geriatric medicine inpatient services are provided over the twenty four hour period seven days per week. Outpatients services are provided at various clinics across the Northern Trust.
