Active Minds Memory Programme
Active Minds is an information programme for people who have concerns about their memory.
The programme provides practical advice and information on understanding how your memory works, use of recall activities, memory reminders, home safety, communication, managing your medication, diet, exercise and relaxation.
Staff from a range of disciplines have been involved in developing the Active Minds resources, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, dietitians, nursing and pharmacy staff.
It is hoped that the advice will positively impact anyone who has concerns about their memory.
