Dementia Occupational Therapy Service
Occupational Therapists are health and social care professionals who help people to keep up their everyday activities and remain independent for as long as is possible. The service will usually complete an assessment in the persons own home environment and together work out possible solutions to overcome any difficulties the person may be having.
The service covers the whole Trust area from two bases, one in Coleraine and the other in Antrim. The OT team in Antrim is open 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. The OT team in Coleraine is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
