One of our biggest ambitions in cancer services is to look at ways to improve the follow-up and ongoing support for people who have either completed treatment for cancer or are living with their disease.
This is the purpose of our health and wellbeing event – to provide you with additional education and information on how to manage and improve your own health in a way that suits you, and to give you the knowledge of what to look out for, who to contact if you have any concerns, and other support available should you want or need it.
