The Northern Health and Social Care Trust works closely with the private sector who provide nursing and residential accommodation services to adults with a learning disability. These facilities meet a wide range of needs – for those who require a low level of support to those with highly complex medical needs and behaviours that challenge.

Each individual will have a person-centred care plan with involvement from our professionals, to ensure their individual needs are met.
