A new sensory room is available within Causeway Hospital’s Emergency Department.

The sensory room has soothing lighting, calming projections and a range of visual and tactile elements.

The space offers a safe space for those who struggle with things like noise, crowding in waiting areas and bright lights.

The Trust also has sensory equipment and toys in other ward areas.
