We provide an interpreting service to improve access to health and social care for patients who do not speak English as a first or competent second language.

- We have more than 200 professional interpreters covering 33 registered languages.
- The service is free of charge for patients.

How to access the service
Patients should inform their hospital department, service or ward as soon as possible if an interpreter is required.
Your health and social care professional will arrange an interpreter on your behalf.
