Losing someone to suicide can be overwhelming. Our Bereaved by Suicide support groups provide a safe, supportive and confidential space where people can connect with others who have experienced a similar loss. We also offer one-to-one support sessions – private support at your own pace
We offer free, confidential support for anyone affected by suicide bereavement at any stage of your loss.

Who can attend?
The support groups are open to adults who have been affected by the suicide of a family member, friend, colleague or someone significant in their life.
Come along to our support group, meet others who understand, share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and take some time for yourself.
