The Inclusion Health and Wellbeing Service supports individuals, families and communities who may need extra help to access health, social care and community services.
We work with people who may face barriers because of language, culture, trauma, social exclusion, displacement or other circumstances that can affect health and wellbeing. Our aim is to help people access the support they need, reduce isolation, improve health outcomes and take part safely in community life.
We support a range of communities, including:
- Newcomer communities
- Refugees and people seeking asylum
- Ethnic minority communities
Where to find us
