The commissioning of all social care services for the Northern Trust is coordinated by the Social Care Procurement Team, based at Spruce House, Ballymena.
The team is supported by the Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), which is accredited as a Centre of Procurement Expertise.

Procurement of all other goods and services for the Northern Trust is managed PaLS (Procurement and Logistics Service).
PaLS is part of the Business Services Organisation (BSO), which provides a wide range of regional business support and specialist services to the Health and Social Care sector across Northern Ireland.
