The Paediatric Autism Service supports children and young people who may be autistic.
Children and young people aged 2 to 18 can be referred for an assessment. When we receive a referral, we carefully review the information to check if an autism assessment is the most appropriate next step.
We also offer a range of support for autistic children, young people and their families. This includes support while waiting for an assessment.
You can access a variety of online resources, including podcasts, sensory videos and webinars. These cover a wide range of topics and are designed to give families helpful advice and practical strategies that can be used at home, when needed.
