We support children and young people (up to age 18) with complex needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments and serious health conditions.
We have four local teams across the Trust area.

- Support for children in care where needed
How to access the service
You can be referred by a professional such as a GP, health visitor, or school staff member. If you think your child may need support, speak to someone involved in their care to discuss a referral.
