Pain Management Programme

The Pain Management Programme helps people living with long-term (chronic) pain learn how to manage their condition and improve their quality of life.

What the programme involves

The programme runs over 11 weeks and includes:

  • 10 group sessions
  • 1 telephone review halfway through the programme

The sessions focus on practical skills, education and support to help you cope better with chronic pain.
