Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a condition that affects nerves in your central nervous system. The coating (called myelin) that protects your nerves is damaged. This causes a range of symptoms, such as fatigue, spasms, mobility problems, and visual issues to name a few. Physiotherapy can help you manage some of these issues.
