How to share a compliment

We value compliments on the treatment and care we provide and share these with the staff and service that is being complimented.

We are committed to providing high quality treatment and care.  Letting us know when we meet this standard gives helpful feedback to staff and has a positive effect on staff morale.

Compliments also help us identify areas of best practice which can be shared with other services and teams within the Trust and promote confidence in Trust services.

You can share a compliment in person at the place where you received care, treatment or advice. You can also share your positive feedback by using our online feedback form or send an email to: compliments@northerntrust.hscni.net.

We will record your compliment and share it with the service you are complimenting.

Alternatively, you may wish to share your health and social care experience on Care Opinion.

Raising a concern in the public interest

The Trust is committed to openness, the HSC value through which we display honesty and transparency with our patients, clients and colleagues.

The Raising Concerns in the Public Interest Policy is available for individuals who wish to raise any concerns relating to the Trust and the types of concerns are detailed within the policy.
