As soon as you’ve had a positive pregnancy test, you can refer yourself for maternity care with the Northern Trust.
How to self-refer
- Complete the online self-referral form for Maternity Care in Antrim Area Hospital (Northern Trust) and submit it.
- Your details will be sent directly to the appointments office.
All births are booked for Antrim Area Hospital. We will arrange your appointment at a clinic based on the location of your GP surgery.
