The Dementia Occupational Therapy Service helps people to keep up their everyday activities and remain independent for as long as is possible.

The service completes assessments in a person’s own home and works with them to get possible solutions to overcome any difficulties they may be having.

How to access the service

The Occupational Therapy Dementia Service only accepts referrals for individuals with a diagnosis of dementia.

Referrals are accepted from GPs, named workers or self-referral by calling the contact number provided.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm (excluding bank holidays).

Dementia Occupational Therapy Team, Coleraine
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (excluding bank holidays).
